We believe that a true and comprehensive
understanding of Islam would not be possible without careful recognition of the
Prophetic Tradition and the Prophet's Household. And Allah is the Source of Strength.
Al-Samad
"No one in this life likes to be unhappy. Everyone struggles for it; some in the form of more money, some find it in women, some in big houses and careers, some in good grades good looks, some in circle of friends and so on.
Different things might make us happy, but we all are similar to the extent that we all want to remain happy and at peace.
There are some people, the believers, who have struggled in the name of Allah, with their own nafs at the peak of their strength and desire, and against the unbelievers with their life, property and might, upon whom Allah had sent tranquility (Sakinah), and still does, on such believers who are amongst us.
These are the ones who feel an energy in their heart, which protects it from the whispering satan, which adds onto their faith, and which gives them peace and strengthens them, without the need of any external stimulus, the likes of which were mentioned in the beginning. These are they for who Allah and tawaqal on him is sufficient to make them happy.
Do not depend on the money of your father or your strength, but on the Al-Samad. Pray for this tranquility. For once you feel it is with you, you can take on anything in this world.
As the Hadith e Qudsi states; they find satisfaction in kingship, while it lies in serving me (Allah). "
