We believe that a true and comprehensive
understanding of Islam would not be possible without careful recognition of the
Prophetic Tradition and the Prophet's Household. And Allah is the Source of Strength.
Toddler, The Teacher
"An infant does not know that he needs to invest in Gold and silver and the stock market. He has his own world, where the world of politics and the throne are insignificant to him, where he does not care about exotic cars and wealthy careers.
He does not get jealous if some one in the family gets a promotion, or weds an ideal spouse. He is not bothered about global warming or how to make someone fall in love with him.
He does not care if you are a Shia or Sunni or Wahabi or Hindu. He does not care if you speak Sindhi or Punjabi, neither does he make fun of your English.
He doesn't beautify himself and fake himself to look attractive to others. He does not fake himself to imitate others and pretend to be someone he is not. He does not gossip about what the neighbors did nor does he envy some one else's superiority or perfection in any prospect. He is neither interested in backbiting nor does he know how to lie. He doesn't hide his mistakes nor tries to blame others for it.
His life and his desires are simple, transparent and honest. What is inside his heart, is also on his face. He has nothing to hide from anyone. He is what he is.
What does a toddler achieve from his lifestyle? Not much if you ask. But then there are many people in this world who are not very grateful for whatever they have in their lives and they face problems in sustaining happiness.
They should learn from the toddler. You give a toddler his favorite chew toy, and you can see peace and ecstasy in his eyes as much as if he has conquered the world. It is so easy for a toddler, to find his happiness in a simple chew toy, where kings have failed to find it in the wealthiest of treasures. "
